Costing
Our fee for the assessment varies depending on the circumstances of each matter.
Once we are in receipt of your duly completed assessment form we can proceed to evaluate your matter.
It is of utmost importance that we receive all the relevant information in order to adequately assess your financial position.
In certain circumstances we will require documentation from you to finalise the assessment.
Our fee is only applicable should you qualify for potential sequestration and/or liquidation or rehabilitation. Should you not qualify no fee will be payable.
The fee will be payable in advance alternatively in instalments, as agreed.
Once the full fee has been paid, your case will be referred to an attorney, in order to proceed with the relevant application.
The attorney will discuss their fee and payment arrangements with you personally.
